TRANSFORMERS.Watched it just now.
Awesome movie.
Totally rids my mind of the cliche, old school transformers last time.
So watch it if you liked...
"Indiana Jones" & "Power Rangers" & "The Day After Tomorrow"
(Well, maybe not the "Power Rangers" part.)
Ugh, I still have LOTS of homework that are undone.
one more week of holidays please. :D

HELLO.
Today was an awesome day!
I perspired, & exercised a lot though.
(which is a good thing, since I haven't exercised in a long time.)
EYF SURVIVOR - PULAU UBIN.Met YiHan, Jeremy, WeiChuan, William, Phoebe, Olivia & Zoey,
early in the morning to have breakfast together at Mac at Tampines.
Went off to bus interchange to gather, then take bus 29.
Reached the jetty & went on boat to Pulau Ubin!
Split into groups: 1, 2, 3, 4.
Was in group 2 with WeiChuan, BinHua, Kevin, YiMei,
JiaHui(Lee), XiuCi.
We were supposed to 'survive' with the team,
and win as many members over as possible.
We could also collect edible fruits found as a bonus!
So we set off on our journey to Jalan Jelutong (instructions given.)
Walked for a huge bit, then picked some fruits along the way.
Then figured that the instructions were wrong.
We were supposed to go to some other place!
Eventually, both our team & team 1 moved together,
and reached our destination.
There, we played a game.
Cones were placed in a zig-zag manner,
& we had to move (in a way or other) to the other side, & back.
We have to appoint members in our group to be No.1~7.
1. Balance ping pong ball on bottle
2. Hold straw in mouth with rubber band
3. Hold straw in mouth with rubber band
4. Tie 1 leg to no.5 and do a three-legged-race
5. Tie 1 leg to no.4 and do a three-legged-race
6. Duck-walk/waddle/whatever to 2nd last cone.
7. Run to last cone and catch water bombs that no.6 will be throwing,
6water bombs given, & we're supposed to catch 5 to pass.
(if we catch less than 5, FORFEIT!)
I was No.4 & WeiChuan was No.5, so we did the three-legged race together.
So the game begins and our group won! (yay.)
We won 3 points. only. -.-
Moved to the next destination, the starting point.
RuiXin was there and explained the next game to us.
ULTIMATE FRISBEE!
Basically, it's captain's ball.
With frisbee as a substitute for the ball.
& the catcher has to use a plastic bag to catch the frisbee.
Perspired a lot, enjoyed the game a lot.
We lost this time, but by a mere 1 point. :X
Next destination.
Olivia was the station master, and she explained the game to us.
1 person has to carry another person (piggyback).
The 'carrier' must wear a blindfold.
The person being carried will direct the 'carrier' to the pavillion nearby.
There, he/she will have to memorize the position of a shape,
that will be needed later.
Each person can only go to the pavillion once.
(excluding the blindfold-ed one.)
Once 5 person have went and memorized the position of their shapes,
they will use the shapes in the envelope given,
to try and 'copy' what they have seen,
and puzzle out the position of the shapes.
So.. we have to get the shapes in the correct position.
Hmm... Don't understand?
It's okay, 'cause I didn't either.
& the game began.
I piggyback-ed WeiChuan while he piggyback-ed me.
(not at the same time la, -.-)
Our team lost even though our 'puzzle' was correct.
(because we were slow. :X)
Last destination.
Back to the frisbee area again.
There, group1&2 had to work together
to defeat group3&4 in another game of...
ULTIMATE FRISBEE!
But before that, we swapped a few of our teammates.
Perspired a lot again, had a lot of fun again.
In the end, group1&2 won! (YAY!)
&, we also shared the prizes with everyone. (say we're nice. (:)
Pulau Ubin is quite big you know, we had to walk a lot!
But the walking was fun because people like...
YIHAN, joked to made us laugh, & made the travelling fun.
Thank you so much!
The weather was also very hot & the sun there is just scorching!
Humidity made everyone perspire, & perspire, & perspire!
We also fed a lot of mosquitoes.
Oh yeah, we also collected fruits like rambutan, jackfruit & durian.
Anyway, they shared the durian, & the smell was horrible.
Yeah, durian is horrible.
Finally, eyf ended and we went back to mainland Singapore.
But before that, of course, GROUP PHOTO.
(which you should be able to find on facebook/eyf blog, soon.)
Thank you Lord for such a wonderful time. (:Labels: i'm coming home i'm coming home; did you take off while I was gone?

unapologethically ,
http://www.4marks.com/temperaments/test.html
CHOLERICThe choleric is your original "type A" personality. This temperament is characterized by quick, intense reactions to both external and internal stimuli. Reactions are sustained over time, so the choleric temperament is not only decisive, but also tenacious and driven to follow-through. The choleric is typically extraverted--which means that his energy is focused externally, actively, and socially. This temperament is characterized by determination, energy, forcefulness, confidence, intensity, and vitality.
If you are a choleric, you are a dynamic, self-motivated leader who can set your sights on a target and relentlessly pursue it until success is achieved. You are a strong-willed individual who makes decisions quickly and decisively, and who readily and easily grasps difficult concepts and strategies. Learning comes quickly to you, and you like to take action immediately. You think logically and pragmatically, and are sometimes accused of "rolling over" people once you have set a plan in motion. You do not readily reveal deep emotions—except anger. Cholerics are often accused of being stubborn, domineering, and dictatorial. You demand loyalty from your friends, and thrive when you are in control. Franklin Delano Roosevelt was a choleric president: "There is nothing I love as much as a good fight," he famously said.
It has often been said that cholerics are either great saints. . . or great sinners. St. Paul was probably a choleric. He was a brilliant and zealous Pharisee—driven, at first, to persecute the early Christian community, but then, after his conversion, he became the greatest defender of the faith. If you are a choleric, humility comes with difficulty. You have a predilection for doing your own will, and thinking that you always know what is right and best. But, once you commit yourself to a life of virtue and growth in holiness, your determination will be turned toward service of Christ and the Church. A good spiritual director will help you identify God’s will for you, and attentiveness to your prayer life, especially meditative prayer, will help your naturally quite active temperament become more contemplative.
Strengths and natural virtues:
active, assertive, bold, brave, capable, compelling, confident, competitive, determined, decisive, driving, dynamic, effective, energetic, enterprising, focused, forceful, goal-oriented, independent, opinionated, passionate, persevering, positive, pragmatic, productive, purposeful, quick, resolute, self-motivated, sharp, strong-willed, vigorous, zealous
Weaknesses and natural vices:
aggressive, ambitious, angry, antagonistic, argumentative, bossy, combative, defiant, dismissive, domineering, harsh, impatient, intolerant, oppositional, prideful, pushy, relentless, shrewd, stubborn, unempathic, unsympathetic
MELANCHOLIC
"To be, or not to be: that is the question…" Hamlet’s famous soliloquy typifies the melancholic temperament: thoughtful, reflective, ponderous to a fault; slow to act, yet deeply sensitive and of noble ideals. It is said that the melancholic so longs for heaven that everything on earth falls short. His longing for the ideal can make him appear nitpicking and critical, and lack some "people sense." Of great intelligence and lofty aspirations, the melancholic can be so thoughtful and careful that he never takes a step forward! Introverted, dignified, and careful of speech, he may appear shy or even aloof. There can be that rare occasion, however, when the melancholic finally ventures out into a social situation, in an awkward attempt to “fit in,” he can sometimes swing to the opposite extreme of being overly loud or inordinately silly. On such occasions, the sensitive and self-critical melancholic will experience deep anxiety and a tendency to brood over his mistakes.
Time alone is vital for this reflective, introspective temperament. A perfectionist at home and on the job, the melancholic is likely the one with the perfectly organized closet and kitchen, the tidy desk-top, and the painstaking attention to religious observances, sometimes to the point of scrupulosity. A melancholic longs for a deep soul mate, yet when he is around people, he often finds himself mistrustful and disappointed. Sensing this criticism, others will keep their distance—thus further entrenching the melancholic in his solitary life. In relationships, the melancholic tends to be slow to initiate, cautious, hyper-critical, and pessimistic--yet, once committed, they are unwaveringly loyal and self-sacrificing.
Strengths and natural virtues:
analytical, artistic, careful, cautious, choosy, conscientious, deliberate, delicate, discreet, detailed, elegant, exacting, guarded, idealistic, introspective, judicious, lover of truth and beauty, meticulous noble, orderly, painstaking, particular, quietly passionate, persevering planned, pondering precise, prudent reasoned, reflective, religious, reserved, restrained, romantic, shy, serious, sensitive, studious, thorough, thoughtful
Weaknesses:
aloof, apprehensive, brooding, cool, critical, demanding, distrusting, envious, fearful, grudge-bearing, haughty, hypochondria, highbrow, jealous, judgmental, nitpicking, perfectionist, pessimistic, reluctant, scrupulous, self-righteous, skeptical, snooty, standoffish, strict, superior, suspicious, timid, uncommunicative, unsocial, undemonstrative, wary
THE MELANCHOLIC/CHOLERIC. The melancholic-choleric is also a leader with the potential to accomplish great works. However, where the choleric-melancholic is driven by the challenge and the opportunity, the melancholic-choleric is inspired more by the nobility of the task. The introverted nature of the melancholic, combined with the focused and unempathic nature of the choleric, can result in an individual who is highly motivated by noble ideals (even humanitarian ones), but who prefers to work alone, rather than with people. The melancholic side of both temperament mixtures results in the project being organized, ethical, and high-minded, while the choleric aspect is the driving and demanding force.
If you are melancholic-choleric, you are somewhat less pragmatic (or utilitarian) than a pure choleric, just as persevering and determined, and with a greater emphasis on the ideal. Likely to be motivated by the most noble and demanding of causes, you are capable of founding a humanitarian society, composing a symphony, founding a school, or discovering a cure. You are organized, perfectionist, introspective, driven, and moody (though less so than a pure melancholic). You will be less active than a choleric-melancholic and less extraverted, more internally focused.
But your weaknesses include a tendency to excessive self-criticism and criticism of others, being dismissive or overly judgmental, exhibiting a tendency to self-absorption, and possessing an untrustful and controlling nature. You tend to be inflexible, can bear grudges for a long time and may be prone to discouragement. A melancholic-choleric who is not attentive to his spiritual life, and does not keep his eye assiduously on the truly important things of life can become a cross to those around him, through his nit-picking, perfectionism, disdain, bitterness, resentfulness, spitefulness when crossed, and even haughtiness.
that's me;
supposedly.

homecoming ,
HELLO.
I know this blog's quite dead but,
bear with me for awhile,
the holidays are just too busy & so enriching.
(though no homework is done. -_-)
yeah.
CIP briefing today.
Not really a briefing though.
More of a 'get-to-know-your-team-mates' session.
We played icebreakers & 'get-to-know-one-another' games.
& we soon went on about the fund raising thing.
We have to do a bit of fund raising for the people over at China.
That's quite awesome, I think.
BUT!
We're making those flowers to sell, & raise funds.
Oh my goodness la..
They're those library flowers, you know..
those styrofoam flowers.
Ugh!
Well, I guess it wasn't that hard to make them.
(just hard to make them look nice.)
& I learnt a new skill, heh.
So we all spent about 2hours+ doing the flowers.
& we still have to do more at home.
Then go on the streets to sell them, on our own.
&&!
We're expected to raise $10 each.
So, people.
You gotta support me! (:
After CIP, went over to meet Jeremy @ city hall.
Met MeiYin with Reggie's sister (& friends), along the way.
Took train together to city hall.
Saw Anqi in the train.
(MeiYin & YiHan's friend.)
Had Burger King with Jeremy.
He just couldn't control himself & bought a chocolate cake thing,
and then bought another burger.
Headed over to Simei to meet WeiChuan.
Ran around the mall with Jeremy, bought handroll for $1.50;
AWESOME!
Then found out they sold MUCHbetter ones for $1.80 at some sushi shop,
also in the same mall.
eek, what a ripoff!
Eventually, met with WeiChuan at Long John's Silvers.
Bought some very horrible cocktail (non-alcoholic) drink for $1.40 at cheers.
(should've seen it coming la, judging by the price.)
Finally, set off for
YiHan's place.
A short walk, & we're there!
His house is quite big, (with stairs).
& there's something about that place that I liked.
Very much hoped it was my place. ):!
We practically played guitar the whole time.
& I learned how to play C, Am, F, G on guitar.
Is that awesome or what? :D
& there were Theory Lessons by our dear Mr Teo.
(:
Had a greaaaaaaat time there!
Just loved everything about it.
There was fellowship!
(well, not really, but, yeah, you get it.)
It was like a brothers' jamming session, HAHA.
& there was bonding.
& there was guitar.
& there was just 4 of us.
It's just the best. (:
Thank you, Lord! :D

Already Gone - Kelly Clarkson
Remember all the things we wanted
Now all our memories they're haunted
We were always meant to say goodbye
Even with our fists held highIt never would've worked out rightWe were never meant for do or die
I didn't want us to burn out
I didn't come here to hold you, now I can't stop

Started with a perfect kiss then we could feel the poison set in
Perfect couldn't keep this love alive
You know that I love you so, I love you enough to let you go
I want you to know that it doesn't matterWhere we take this road someone's gotta goAnd I want you to know you couldn't have loved me betterBut I want you to move on so I'm already goneI'm already gone, already goneYou can't make it feel right when you know that it's wrongI'm already gone, already goneThere's no moving on so I'm already goneAlready gone, already gone, already gone

cassowary ,
HELLO!
Woke up at 7am today,
& felt SOOOOOOOOOO SUUUUUUUUPER tired.
So I decided to not go for the Chemistry thing, and go for EYF later.
(I get to sleep 1 more hour. :D)
Okay, REWINDDDDD.
Woke up at 8am today,
got ready & set off for Choa Chu Kang.
40min MRT ride.
EYF ZOO!Reached CCK & bought subway for lunch!
Took bus to zoooooo~
Was in WeiChuan's shepherding group.
We had a "Angel & Mortal" game, & my 'Mortal' was JunLiang.
(& I think my 'Angel' is ChinHang! :D)
Then we journeyed to the Pavillion.
There, we had games & activities & lunch.
The best game was the 'concentration game'.
Everyone has their own animal action, (e.g. elephant)
then, we have to clap to a beat.
First, we do our animal action, then do someone else's.
So here's an example:
My action is Snake, XX's is elephant.
I clap, then do the snake action, then the elephant action.
XX then does the elephant action and another person's animal action.
So there was this particular action Jeremy had,
the
Cassowary. He does an over-the-head-clap, and says
"Cassowary!"It's that simple.
& after the game, Jeremy, Phoebe & I were like,
SUPER addicted to the
Cassowary thing;
and we just kept doing it randomly.
Soon, we managed to influence others to do it too, HAHA.
Had a little game along the way to 'Splashzone'.
In the end, the animal show was postponed to 4:00pm.
So, Jeremy, William & I went to 'KidzPlace' to get a drink.
(Because the vending machines & street stands sells mineral water at $2,
and bottled drinks at $3. WHAT A RIP-OFF!)
Went to KFC, got a drink at $3.10,
but MUCH WORTH IT than what the vending machines & street stands sell.
We slacked in KFC & enjoyed the aircon,
while spam-calling people and saying,
"CASSOWARY!"(HAHA, told you we're addicted to it.)
Finally, we went for the animeal show @ Splashzone.
It was mainly just a show of...
penguins, manities(idk the spelling.) and sea lions.
Just some small stunts, but were generally entertaining enough.
Then we went to another huge ground & played more games.
Jeremy & I were like doing
"CASSOWARY!" in all the games.
TOTALLY RANDOM!
So in the end, everyone started doing
"CASSOWARY!"Everyone else went home,
while Jeremy, Phoebe & I wandered around "LOT1 shopping mall"
Photcopied my scores & had MOSburger.
What an awesome day.
Thank you, dear Lord. (:
CASSOWARY.PS:
Cassowary word count... 9! :D

oops ,

That's what happens when you're not meant to have ice-cream.
Not bad, I paid $1.50 to get an experience of a lifetime,
some laughter & some attention on me.
Quite worth it, than some SILLY SOYA BEAN ICE CREAM.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Labels: then you'll find; the experience of a lifetime.
#Jun 7, 2009 / 11:22 PM
excited&tired ,
BOO!
Was an awesome & veryvery tiring day.
Band in the morning.
Mostly played through Ponyo.
It was quite easy. (:
After band, we PRESUMED there was stock-taking.
So we stayed back.
In the end, we slacked around & tried out each other's instruments!
HAHAHAH. It was ssssssssssoooooooo fun!
I could play... Clarinet, Trumpet, French Horn, Euphonium, Trombone.
LALALALA! :D
-
EYF!After 'stock-taking', went to Pasir Ris Park with...
JiaHui, William and Alson for EYF. (Ecclesiastes Youth Force)
JiaHui went off to join the sisters at the foodcourt.
William, Alson and I went to the big open field,
& found the brothers playing "waterbombs+captain'sball+soccer"
(PS: Don't ask me how it happened. HAHA!)
I didn't join in though, as I didn't have extra clothes.
But I took lots of photos with William's camera,
& practised a bit of my flute. :D
Then went off with William to Pasir Ris MRT station to fetch...
Loren, Gladys, Jeslyn.
Waited at the station at 440.
Loren came at around 520.
Gladys & Jeslyn took their own sweet time and came at 630.
So we spent about 2hours waiting.
Luckily, God did not let us waste this 2hrs,
because we talked and found out more about each other. (:
By the time we were back,
the games ended and they were bbq-ing already.
I didn't really get to help with the cooking this time. ):
So I kind of just LOITERED around, and socialize. hahaah.
So we were ripped off and went with William to bring the 2 friends,
Gladys & Jeslyn, somewhere else.
It was a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong walk.
Finally, we reached E!hub.
(It's EEE! hub. NOTICE THE PUNCTUATION.)
So the friends got their fondue.
(Which is a complete fraud because their marshmallows are VERY.
EXTREMELY. SUPER. expensive. It's like 10cents from the NTUC,
and $1 at the stupid shop. HAHA)
So we went to FairPrice,
(The price is another rip off, how is it even fair?)
& got these marshmallows for $2.
(See, much cheaper.)
Called William to 'anger' him for making us walk for nothing.
Taunted him with "2.4km walk" & "Pastamania kidnap". (:
In the end...
We decided to have Pastamania on our own since we thought,
"There isn't enough food for us!"
Jeremy & I had 3 satay sticks, 1 crabmeat stick and drinks.
(PS: Phoebe had less. HAH!)
With the agreement from MeiYun, we takeaway-ed our Pastamania,
and back to the bbq pit.
Mind you, it was 9PM already!
We left for the bbq pit, while the brothers & sisters left the bbq pit.
So... Jeremy & I munched away happily on our own food.
FLUTE-FRENZY.
A few of us stayed at the bbq pit and I taught them how to play the flute!
Yeah, Olivia & Phoebe went a bit crazed about flutes.
HAHA.
The others could play too. (:
PHOEBE & JEREMY are plain talented la. TSK!
We went a bit insane and took lots of photographs.
& begin on our looooooong journey home.
Took a very dark & scary short-cut to the MRT.
Well, it wasn't too bad once we were inside.
It's just a pathway with forests around.
With the moonlight, it wasn't scary.
Even I wasn't afraid, HAHA!
On the MRT...
We had a "lame-question/quiz/joke" session.
Lots of dumb questions like..
"How many maa-maa jumped over the wall?"
and,
"I like blue pens, green pens & purple pens. What pen am I using?"
HA.
It was reaaaaally silly.
Finally, got off the train, and reached home @ 1130.
Again.

memory ,
HELLO!
E-learning is finally over, I guess everyone's relieved!
TRISCILLA'S BIRTHDAY BBQ/PARTY!(PS: YunYi's is much later.)
So, had BBQ at East Coast just now,
to celebrate Triscilla & YunYi's b'day.
Adeon, Ryan, Brian, Ru Yan, Triscilla, Wei Xin, Yew Ching, Joleen,
Isabelle, Hui Si, Wendy, and Yun Yi were there.
Reached there @ around 620.
Ryan tried to start the fire, and failed. Many times. HAH
The lighter was a bit fail though.
Bad workman blaming his tools. :X
Brian came with Wendy and finally managed to start the fire.
Guess what, we didn't need to fan since the wind was so strong. :D
Yeah, cooking is always so fun.
Hotdogs, chickenwings, crabmeat, sausage and marshmallows.
Wendy went off halfway.
The usual:
- took photos with birthday girl - Triscilla
- sang 'happybirthday'
We didn't eat the cake though.
Then went to Parkway Parade to windowshop a bit,
as Adeon & Ru Yan went home.
& came home in cab with Ryan, Brian & YunYi.
It was awesome, really.
I got to catch up a little with my 6hope-ians,
and get to know how they're doing now.
I also got to make a few new friends.
(PS: RuYan, you're really very friendly! :D)

awestruck ,
2nd day of the holidays!
Band-ed in the morning,
while meeting Miss Yeo halfway through,
then going back for band.
Then went for mac with ZhiHao, YongLiang, HuiTing(S), JiaYi, JiaHui.
Joked a lot,
Laughed a lot.
SOME STUDENTS continued to disgrace our school lo.
Idiots.
Met Casandra & Ryan at Aljunied MRT at 3:50pm.
Then waited for... Germin, Zion, Jean.
& set off at around 4:30pm, HAH!
Then reached CityHall and CityLink.
Walked around a bit, then went into HMV to slack,
while waiting for ALSON.
Eventually, when he didn't arrive, we went into NYNY, at around 5pm+
& he joined us later, while forgetting to bring his drawing -.-
Dinner-ed.
Sang a HAPPYBIRTHDAY song to ZION as he received his present,
a book, from Jean/Germin. HAHA
Then went to Marina Square's rooftop to rest,
while SOME PEOPLE have a little bit of private time together. :D
Left at 8:30pm and went home. awwww.
If only we could stay later... ):
HAH!
Pictures at Jean's blog. (I think.)
Drats. I still have e-learning. -_-
