MEETTHEPARENTS today.
Everyone's face was pulled longlong and downcast.
(well, almost.)

The stale smell of unhappiness hung in the air.
The unbearing heat did no better by scorching up the atmosphere.
Sweat trickled down everyone's faces because of the heat,
and partly because of the anxiety in their hearts.
Hair stuck onto my sticky forehead.
It was really unpleasant.
The ISH was badly ventilated and as you surveyed it,
almost everyone had an artificial fan, made out of paper,
to relief themselves of the heat.
Humid. Sticky. Sweaty.
How can we get our results in peace?
I joined in the queue behind Casandra & Yun Cui.
Stole a glance at Casandra's report sheet and immediately felt envy.
"Should've studied harder," you'll hear everyone saying.
Typical.
Finally, it was my turn to get the results.
As, Bs, Cs.
This must be pretty much the worst results I've ever gotten.
And it's the first time I didn't get an A for math.
Neither AMath, nor EMath.
Guilt took over me for a brief moment,
I really didn't study much for Math.
Maybe I deserved both the failures.
Luckily, grace abided by me, and in the overall results,
I passed both my Maths with Cs.

My results.
Another smack, right into my face.
Another lesson for me to learn.
Whatever happened to "I'm gonna study hard for Sec3." ?
Please, remind me to study.

This not only applies to us Christians, but to everyone as well.
Sometimes, we do things that contradict ourselves.
We do the right things, people think it's wrong.
We do the wrong things, people think it's right.
I guess it's completely impossible to suit everybody eh?
People think we're absurd to do things like mourning for the death of a pet, or even mourning for the death of a plant.
But think about it, it's our hearts that transformed us to do so.
These things may seem weird to you,
but are completely acceptable and right to us.
I think that we humans need to start to learn to accept others,
and dare to be different.

Sometimes we just feel that everything else is insignificant,
everything else is not relavent.

and the wisdom to understand the complications of love."
We often act without thinking, then regret later.
Then after regretting, we move on.
We move on trying to forget it, but often find it haunting us.
We deny it and deny ourselves about it.
But it's a fact, an unchangeable one.
So then, we really move on eventually, using that as an experience,
and compare it with the situations to come.
And, we mature, we grow.

So after the Bio paper 1 and Lit paper 2, we met in the library.
We - Jasmine, Angel, ZiChao, Zhaorong, Andy, Shawn, Me.
& we set off after ZiChao & Andy signed on the birthday card.
In front of Angel. HAH.
Off to Bugis' MOF; my izakuya.
Some Japanese restaurant [which I ultimately love, Japanese food that is.] that is trademark-ed for its desserts.
Ahh, haven't had Ramen for a while now.
[PSSSSSSST. It's still as great as ever. (:]
& we were graced with a 30% off for being YOUNG, HAH!
[Another good point to add into the 'being-young-list']
So we had $29 extra,
and Jasmine and I went to buy chocolates for Angel & Shawn.

Felt a deja vu of Valentine's,
Laughed at the 'Singlish Dictionary' in Kinokuniya.
[Excellent bookstore bytheway. (:]
Then went for neoprints.
The second time in my life taking them.
And yeah, they're still as thrilling and memorable. [and expensive $.]
Sssssssssssoooooo, it was an enjoyable day, really. It was. Seriously. Yeah.
Are you kidding me, Adam?! IT WAS AWESOME. :D ahahahhaha.

Actually, most of the papers were quite okay.
Problematic ones were SS (Couldn't finish), AMath (difficult to get distinction), Physics (not sure how to do).

My AMath probably will be a just pass too. ):
Currently, I'm praying that Chemistry & EMath(2) & Literature will be easy.

Honestly, it didn't seem to be what I had expected.
It was quite sian sian de.

which was AWESOME!
We played Captain's Ball throughout the 2hrs.
I guess I really needed to sweat(&SCREAM) it all out. (My problems, I mean.)

But it was really great.

which I think is pretty cool that there's equality and no discrimination.

With a tinge of stress.

welll..
today, we had the temperature-taking exercise.
& I think schools from all over Singapore have experienced it too.
We took our temperatures 2 times.
A little exaggerated lah.
I went to school & saw the discipline teachers all wearing masks.
It's a reaaaaaal scary thing okay.
I thought I went into the wrong school or something. ==
& soon after I sat down at my usual place,
Mr Kang grabbed me and asked me to station at the porch outside the General Office.
& you know what I was asked to do?
He asked me to stand there & ask EVERYONE who comes in if they brought their thermometers.
& if they didn't bring, they had to buy a new one at the General Office.
Yeah.
SUPER EXAGGERATED.

& SOMEONE who was asked to do the same...
THAT guy.
Just stood there with someone else,
& talktalktalktalktalk.
He's supposed to be doing 'duty', not talking & slacking.
PLEASE lah.

& when you're doing duty, you do it SO VERY reluctantly.
I mean, we're all hating to do duty,
but you especially showed it very obviously.

I think that the government's really doing a great job in this prevention of spread of virus.
Although I admit it's a little exaggerated.
We are really blessed to live in Singapore.
Some things that they do might seem ridiculous, but it's actually for our own good.

The government & school is doing so much to prevent any harm onto us,
but you just won't co-operate.

I just encountered another 'case' today.
SOMEONE from sec2 was screaming away when I was queuing to buy food.

our chinese & english teachers have KINDLY given their periods to Miss Lam,

We had 3 periods of Bio. (wait, it's 6 periods. HAHA.)
Well, not really.
I'm from Literature yeah? Lucky me.
So I spent 3 periods doing chemistry & chatting with Germin.
Hey! At least we did something constructive right?

Got back the Literature unseen-poetry test today.
Got 68%.
Not good enough for me. ):
But I think the problem is because there wasn't enough time.
& then my points were all half-explained.
& those that focussed on less/one point scored better.
Unfair, hahah.
